The X-2 Correctional vest is a puncture, slash and ballistic resistant armor based upon our X-2 Plus Penetrator/Fragmentation technology.

The X-2 Correctional stops circular and shaped penetrators "Dead in their Tracks", including the infamous double-edged blades - where the all fabric stab and penetration resistant vests fail.

The X-2 Correctional exceeds the current California ice pick test at 81 ft./lbs. (42 joules) of energy, and exceeds the NIJ Stab Resistance of Personal Body Armor specification 0115.00, without any of the allowed penetration.

The patented X-2 Correctional is offered in two models: Overt Tactical and Concealed. Both standard models also defeat NIJ Level I handgun rounds.

X-2 Overt Tactical

• Overt tactical with neck coverage and over the shoulder coverage. Exposed front of neck area reduced. Neck collar rides "against" the neck protecting the arteries.

• Overt tactical without neck collar and with 1" top of shoulder coverage gap. Providing for a streamlined fit.

• Back view of overt tactical with neck collar and over the shoulder coverage. Neck collar rides high "against" the neck providing artery and spine coverage. No gaps in protection where neck collar meets vest. Back coverage extends full width across upper back.

• Back view of overt tactical without neck collar and with 1" top of the shoulder coverage gap. Providing for a streamlined fit. Back coverage extends full width across upper back.

• Close up of adjustable overlapping side coverage. Coverage adjustment is made by double extra-wide velcro attachments, providing protection against forced inmate removal.

• Close up of neck collar, and over the shouder coverage. Neck collar rides close and high against the neck. Neck coverage will not "flop" around. Neck coverage offers identical coverage as vest without gap in coverage between collar and vest.

• Front of vest is attached by double extra-wide velcro attachments, providing protection against forced inmate removal.

• X-2 Concealed vest provides maximum full height and width coverage, even to the top of shoulder. Tuck-in tails prevent vest movement.	• X-2 Concealed vest provides minimum vest exposure through uniform. Extremely thin and lightweight. Limits visual exposure of non-protected areas to inmates.	• Standard side coverage shown, providing for optimal concealability. Optional overlapping coverage available.
• High riding upper-back with "full movement" back coverage. Tuck-in tail prevents vest movement.	• Exceptional concealability of the vest limits visual exposure of non-protected areas to inmates.	• Exceptional concealability of the vest limits visual exposure of non-protected areas to inmates.

Survivor™ Concealed

The Survivor™ Correctional concealed vest is a puncture and slash resistant armor based upon fabric based textiles only. This patent pending design is the only lightweight and truly penetration resistant vest of its kind. It weighs only .67 lbs/sq.ft and is certified for a Level III spike protection without ANY of the allowed penetration. Truly a penetration resistant vest.

• Survivor™ Concealed vest provides maximum full height and width coverage, even to the top of shoulder. Tuck-in tails prevent vest movement.

• High riding upper-back with "full movement" back coverage. Tuck-in tail prevents vest movement.

• Standard side coverage shown, providing for optimal concealability. Optional overlapping coverage available.
