Upgrade Plate/Panel Carrier
This carrier is designed to be a quick, side opening, throw-over-the-head donning. An integral non-protruding pocket is designed for a rigid upgrade plate or a flexible upgrade panel to provide rifle defeating protection.
This carrier is constructed from a 500 denier cordura material that is both very strong, but yet, very light weight. The plate carrier is equipped with internal plate/panel pockets eliminating snagging or hang-up problems normally associated with bulky external pockets.
The upgrade plate/panel carrier is designed to quickly upgrade even those with typical concealed armor for handguns to rifle defeating capabilities. Other options are for undercover non-body armor protected personnel to have lighter handgun defeating inserts for quick overt protected access.
